What we send

W-9

Current, signed, ready for your payables system.

Certificate of insurance

General liability and workers' compensation. We can name you as additional insured — tell us the exact entity name and we will request the endorsement.

Vendor agreement

Your paper or ours, with the NTE schedule attached.

ACH / remittance form

So a completed job has a payment route from day one.

Portals we are live in today

We are already set up and dispatchable in Property Meld, AppFolio, Buildium and Rentvine. If you dispatch on one of these, adding us is a vendor invite rather than a new integration, and we can usually accept work orders the same day.

The usual order of events

The insurance certificate is the step that stalls most vendor onboardings, because additional-insured endorsements take a carrier two to three days. Tell us the entity name at the start and it runs in parallel with everything else.

Onboarding questions, answered before you ask

What documents do you provide for vendor onboarding?

A W-9, a certificate of insurance naming your entity as additional insured, a signed vendor agreement, and an ACH authorization form. All four are current and go out the same day you ask for them.

Are you already set up in our portal?

We are live in Property Meld, AppFolio, Buildium and Rentvine today. If you run something else, send the vendor invite and we will complete the profile in it.

Can you add us as an additional insured?

Yes. Send the exact entity name and address you need on the certificate and we will have the carrier issue it. This is usually the step that stalls onboarding, so we treat it as the first one.

How long before you can take a first work order?

Most managers issue a first work order the same week they start onboarding. The document pack is what normally slows this down, and ours is assembled before you ask.

How is pricing capped once we are onboarded?

Every work order runs under a not-to-exceed limit you set — our standard proposal is $785 — with a one-year warranty on materials and labor. Nothing exceeds the ceiling without your written approval.
